1. Who we are
GoGo ([legal entity name and address to be confirmed]) runs an online marketplace in Calgary, Alberta that connects customers with independent local service providers. GoGo does not perform services itself and does not employ the providers.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Requests and offers
Sending a request is free and without obligation. Approved providers who serve your area may send GoGo private offers. GoGo reviews them and recommends one; GoGo's recommendation is an opinion, not a guarantee. You choose whether to approve it.
4. Approval and booking
A booking is made only when you approve the recommended provider, scope, schedule and total, and the provider then confirms. Until the provider confirms, the booking shows as "Awaiting confirmation".
5. Prices
Prices include known fees and 5% GST where shown. A fixed price covers the scope described. If the provider finds extra work, they must propose a new total with a reason, and you approve or decline it before the work is done.
6. Payment
Once the provider confirms your booking, you pay GoGo a deposit by card. It covers GoGo's fee under the provider's plan plus card processing, is shown in the price breakdown before you approve, and is paid out of your total — not on top of it. It counts toward your total and is fully refunded if the booking is cancelled before work starts. You pay the remaining balance to the provider directly using the methods they accept; the provider handles refunds of that balance. GoGo may ask you or the provider to record payments so it can check the job was paid.
7. Bundled plans
A plan (for example a move-out) is a set of separate bookings, each with its own provider, scope, price and cancellation terms. One approval screen does not make GoGo the supplier of the whole plan.

9. Reviews and conduct
Reviews must be honest and about a real completed booking. Don't harass providers, share their contact details outside GoGo or ask them to work around GoGo for an approved booking [policy to be confirmed].
10. Liability
Providers are responsible for their work. To the extent Alberta law allows, GoGo's liability is limited to [amount to be confirmed]. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act.
11. Changes
GoGo may update these terms. We'll show you the new version and ask you to accept it before your next request.
